After the reporters of the TU Delta (a paper of the Delft University of Technology) had read the article about Dark Armada in the NRC Next (Dutch newspaper), they wanted to do an interview. At Monday, January 15th I was sitting in a train heading Delft. Like a lot of commuters, I was turning over the pages of the free news papers. One of the was Spits. Suddenly, I realized I saw the name Robin Hiert one page back.It pitties me there was a direct connection with Star Wars in the article. I don’t think it is a bad film series, not at all. If you like action. I rather have series and films with more draught and complicated situations. Than, it chalanges me to think. Fortunately, there are often a lot of different opinions.Leon, if I don’t forget I’ll play Imagination of Sinatra while travelling to the premiere of Nightfall. But only if you play Imitation of Life from REM in the meantime: “That’s cinnamon, that’s Hollywood.”
On December 15th 2006 I came across a small piece about me, when I was reading the Algemeen Dagblad (a Dutch Newspaper): 3 question to Robin Hiert. After I had read it I remembered I had some reporter on the phone the other day. It wasn’t a very long conversation, as I was very busy at that moment, but apparently it was long enough for this piece:(Click on the image to enlarge and read it).
RTL 4 Editie NL 14 december 2006
Thursday evening 14 December a room in one of the TU Delft buildings, was transformed into a film set. Editie NL, a dutch television program, visited us to find out how we do our episodes with green screen techniques. The news item was seen on television Friday December 15th 2006 18:15 hours at RTL 4.

NRC Next 5 december 2006
On Tuesday December 5th 2006 a reporter from the Dutch newspaper NRC Handelsblad called me on the phone. He was working on an article about Star Trek for the NRC Next. He was very interested in our project and had even watched ‘These are the voyages’. After talking to him for about an hour he had enough information to write a nice piece about Dark Armada.
The article was published on Friday January 12th 2007.

Blik op nieuws 13 december 2006
Wednesday morning 13 December an article showed up on www.blikopnieuws.nl . The image of our U.S.S. Batavia dominated their frontpage for several ours. Click here to read the article (in Dutch) The writer of this article was very enthousiastic about the project, he had many questions and he made a pretty big article out of it.
