It’s hard to believe it’s already been 5 years since we started working on Dark Armada. Over the years we’ve produced several short episodes that you can view and download in our download section and of course there are many more episodes to come!

In October last year Walter Koenig (Chekov in Star Trek) visited The Netherlands for the 25^th anniversary of The Flying Dutch. Fan Trek Productions was asked to provide the video surveillance means and experience to make a DVD about Walter’s visit to our country and the event. We agreed to help out and the DVD’s are being printed as we speak and will be sold by TFD soon.

Every single detail got recorded! And Ronald edited a short video with the shots that didn’t make it to the DVD. A little peek behind the scenes of the Dark Armada team at the anniversary.

Lastly I want to take a moment to tell you about a sad thing that has happened: Andrew Koenig, the son of Judy and Walter Koenig, took his own life after he was missing for a while. Last weekend ‘The Flying Dutch’ (Dutch Star Trek fanclub) held their 25th anniversary. Walter Koenig, Chekov in Star Trek, was a very special guest at this event. It’s been a very busy Sunday, which was packed with presentations, a Q&A and the premiere of Dark Armada’s latest episode “Choices, Part One”. Mr Koenig watched the episode and we recorded his short review! Click on the download button below to watch it and make sure you watch “Choices, Part One”, scheduled to be released on October 31st!
