New anti-spam precautions

Dear all,

As of now, a new anti-spam system has been installed on our forums. New users and guest users will be screened and blacklisted if they are known as spammer on one of the partner sites of this anti-spam program.

There are slight changes added in the registration procedure for new users, but hey... most who read this have already registered. Let's hope this will prevent a lot of spam.
